Our patient census has been significantly high for about a month or so and our nurses are tired of picking up the extra workload that an additional nurse could if we could pay them.<BR/><BR/>I <I>will</I> type of a brief but professional letter to my congress-person and email it before the 12th. You're right, the nurses that are actually doing the work need to speak up. It's amazing: nurses make up the majority of the healthcare field yet we have the least impact.<BR/><BR/>We need to redirect our government to pay attention to the everyday needs of the country. <BR/><BR/>I appreciate what YOU are doing.
